Shipping Policy — Glass Garden Atelier

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via DHL or PostNL, depending on the destination and package size. All shipments are insured to protect your glass artwork during transit.

Delivery times EU orders typically arrive within [5-10] business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates A flat shipping rate of €14.95 applies to all EU orders (excluding the Netherlands and Belgium). Free shipping is available on orders of €199 or more.

Returns & damaged items We take great care in packaging every piece. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns due to damage in transit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; items that have been used or altered after delivery cannot be returned.

If you wish to return an undamaged item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging by the customer.
