Return & Refund Policy — Glass Garden Atelier

Right of withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@glassgardenatelier.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Return conditions Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Non-returnable items We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging by the customer. Custom or made-to-order pieces are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law.

Damaged orders If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glassgardenatelier.com. We will assess each case individually. Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use or alteration after delivery.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
